Membership terms

Ordinary Membership

Any individual or established company, association and non-profit organization which reside/ incorporated in Cambodia or any foreign companies, association and non-profit organization and having its registered or representative office in Cambodia may, upon the approval of the committee to become Ordinary Member. Such Ordinary Members shall have voting right.

International Membership

Any Individual or established company, association and non-profit organization which reside/incorporated outside of Cambodia with the interest to expand their business, association and organization in Cambodia may, upon the approval of the Committee, apply to become an International Members. Such International Members shall have voting right.

Lifetime Membership

Any Individual or established company, association and non-profit organization with the interest to expand their business, association and organization within Cambodia and ASEAN may, upon the approval of the Committee, apply to become a Lifetime Members. Such Lifetime Members shall have voting right.

​Honorary Membership

• Any Individual or established company association and non-profit organization with the interest to expand their business, association and organization in Asean may be invited to be an Honorary Member by the committee.

​

• Such Honorary Member shall have special privileges for fees and others benefit as proposed and approved by the committee and shall have no voting rights and shall not be eligible for election as office-bearer in the Committee.

• Every application for Honorary membership shall be proposed and seconded by two existing committee members and shall be forwarded to the Secretary General who shall at the first convenient opportunity, submit it to the Committee for approval. The Committee may at its discretion reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.

Every applicant whose application has been approved as aforesaid shall, upon payment of the prescribed entrance fee and first yearly subscription, be admitted as a member of the association for the specific category and shall be entitled to all the respective privileges of membership.

​

A University-college student shall not be eligible for membership without the prior approval of the Vice-Chancellor of the University concerned.
